NFS, NMAC, NCI, NLTH, ALSAU and ALSNZ are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nissan Motor Co.,Ltd. (NML) conclude keepwell agreement with NML.
In addition to NFS, NMAC, NCI, NLTH, ALSAU and ALSNZ, NRFM (NR Finance Mexico), and DNAF (DongFeng Nissan Auto Finance), and NRFSI (Nissan Renault Financial Services India) are making sales finance activities in Mexico, China and India.
