NFS, NMAC, NCI, NLTH, NFSA and NFSNZ are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nissan Motor Co.,Ltd. (NML) conclude keepwell agreement with NML.
In addition to NFS, NMAC, NCI, NLTH, NFSA and NFSNZ, NRFM (NR Finance Mexico), and DNAF (DongFeng Nissan Auto Finance) , NRFSI (Nissan Renault Financial Services India), and NTFSC (Nissan Tanner Financial Services Chile) are making sales finance activities in Mexico, China and India.
