Here are sales results and the top three best-selling Nissan models in each of our four major markets (Japan, China, the U.S. and Europe ) in fiscal 2018.

In FY 2018, Nissan's global sales volume fell 4.4% from a year earlier to 5.52 million vehicles.

Japan

Total industry volume in Japan increased 1.2% from a year earlier to 5.26 million vehicles. Nissan sales rose 2.1% to 596 thousand vehicles, equivalent to a market share of 11.3%, up 0.1 point.

Nissan sales fell 17.8% to 536 thousand vehicles, equivalent to a market share of 3.0%, down 0.6 point. In Russia, total industry volume rose 7.4% to 1.79 million vehicles. Nissan sales rose 2.6% to 107 thousand vehicles, equivalent to a market share of 6.0%, down 0.3 point.
