From 1995, the All Japan GT Championship (JGTC) was split into two engine classes; the class names GT-500 and GT-300 were used from 1996 onwards. Cars such as the Skyline GT-R, Supra and NSX were classed as GT-500, while the Silvia, MR2 and the BMW were in the GT-300 category. This Silvia is a replica of the 1998 JGTC specification car sponsored by XANAVI Informatics Corp..
