Fairlady Z 300ZX, Japanese Rally Championship in 1985(1985: HZ31)

Japan's world famous sportscar Fairlady Z evolved into the third generation Z31 in 1983. Its sharp styling with traditional long nose and short rear deck made a vivid impression. The hottest topic was newly designed turbo engine of V6 (only 2000cc and 3000cc in early days). V6 engine that was more compact than inline engine improved weight distribution and drastically improved dynamic performance.
This car is "300ZX" of rally spec with VG30ET engine (3000cc, 230ps). At Japanese Rally Championship in 1985, this machine showed stable performance in each round, won first place in the 6th and 7th rounds, and finally won the series championship.
