Datsun Sunny Van 1200 DX (1970 : VB110)

The first generation DATSUN Sunny 1000 B10 made a debut in 1966. Sunny sedan was an epoch-making car that triggered the age of private cars in Japan. Sunny 1000 van VB10 was rolled out simultaneously as a handy passenger and cargo vehicle and became very popular.
The next generation was DATSUN Sunny 1200 Van VB110 on which A12 engine (1200cc, 4-cyl. inline, OHV, 68ps) was mounted like sedan and coupe. Usability was greatly improved by the 4-door design and the tailgate with balancer. This car is "Deluxe" in 1970.
The production of the brother car Sunny Truck was continued after discontinuation of sedan, coupe and van until 1994 in Japan and 2008 in overseas markets.
