Terrano Rally Car(1996: R50)

The second-generation Terrano was launched in September 1995. In January of the following year, it participated in the TOTAL Granada-Dakar Rally 1996 (aka: Paris-Dakar). This car is a replica of the machine which entered in the same rally by the Nissan Private Japon team. It was produced as a display car for the autumn 1995 Tokyo Motor Show. In the rally, the Ishihara/Saito team came in 60th place (9th in the T1 class), and the Takeda/Sugimoto team came in 62nd place.
